1. Submitter must be a legal resident of the United States of America.
2. A submitter can submit no more than 1 Baby Picture entry per month
3. The photo must include one child between the ages of 0-2. The photo could be taken in any year. Where as a 50 year old woman can enter her own baby photo of herself taken when she was between the ages of 0 and 2.
4. Unless an entry wins, each entry will be entered in 3 consecutive contests (the current month plus 2 additional months).
5. Any new entries will receive 10 votes.
6. At the start of each month, entries still competing in future contests will be reverted back to 0 votes, unless they won second or third place. In that case, they will receive 10 bonus votes at the start of the new contest.
7. At 8pm EST on the last day of each month voting will close to determine the most popular winning travel blog entry.
8. The winner will be notified by email on the first day of each month. By the 15th of the following month, the prize money earned will be sent to the winning charity. The charity that wins will have been connected to the winning baby picture.
9. Entries need to include all information requested.
10. All entries will revert to 0 votes on the last calendar day of each month.
11. Only one vote per household per day will be accepted which is determined by the IP address of the voter..
12. In the event of a tie, which means that 2 or more entries ends the month with the same amount of votes, the entry submitted to us first will be the winner.
13. All entries must be approved by the Pickmybabyname.com administrators - Each entry must be determined to be ''family friendly''.
14. The pickmybabyname.com administrators reserve the right to change the rules for this contest at any time.
15. If we suspect any cheating involved with a particular entry, we will remove that entry from the contest.
16. The submitter must be the sole owner of any images uploaded to this website. No linking back to this image in anyway. The submitter gives their permission for us to display this image on our website and in our marketing materials.

All new entries receive 10 bonus points just for entering. The second and third place winners will receive 10 votes at the start of the next contest.
Once your baby picture is submitted and activated in our system, anyone can visit your cute baby picture page where you will find a voting button at the bottom of the page. Only 1 vote per household will be accepted per day for each cute baby picture entry. |

| This is set up as a monthly contest. Voting ends on the last day of each month at 8PM ET. The winner will be notified on the first day of the following month. |

| The winner does not receive any monetary reward. However, 50 percent of the earning from this website through our advertising will be given to the charity selected by the submitted when they enter a baby picture in our contest. Shoppy Designs LLC will add $10 to the pot to start it off! |
